The Art of Experiencing Your Time as Pleasure
if you’re not the master of your time you’re the master of nothing
if you’re not the master of your time you’re the master of nothing
Do you ever hear yourself say that you wish you had more time? That you are too crazy busy? That you wish you could do your big fat amazing dream, but you don’t have the time?
Yeah. I’ve heard you say that too.
It’s a lie.
Find out why this is a lie, and learn how to change your systems to create time for yourself in this 12-part practical mindset-transforming video course.
You don’t want more time. You’d just work it away believing the lies that busyness creates productivity and working harder makes you more money. It doesn’t. Neither of them those do.
What you truly wanting is to experience your life in a different way. You want to be doing things that are in integrity with your truest values. You want to get shit done quicker, easier and more effectively. You desperately want to stop rushing, stop being late (chronic lateness takes about 8 years of your life expectancy—no joke). You deeply need to stop being stressed out before you lose your fucking mind.
You deserve to live a life of more JOY. How you spend your time is the #1 key to a Joyful life and that’s why I call this course Time Joy-gasm.
Now, this looks like something that you don’t have time for. That’s why I’ve broken it down into 12 short videos. The longest video is only 8 minutes. It’s not a slug through course, it’s amusing and easy. Which is how you should be experiencing the time you’re graciously granted by the universe.
Don’t wait to take this course until you “have time.” You’re never going to “have time.”
This class—if you follow the principles—will help you create the time you want to do the things that are really important to you. And you’ll enjoy them.
I’m so sure of it that I am giving you a money-back guarantee. But, you can only use it if you make the time, finish the whole course and implement the strategies.
What have you got to lose besides habits that make you go bonkersville daily?
time is imaginary so you can command it
Time isn’t even real. It’s a convention humans have invented so they can meet each other for coffee at the same time. The theory of relativity is based on the joy level you’re achieving in relation to this imaginary construct. Which means you can tell it what to do.
a spiritual practice that leads to joy
In this video I introduce the spiritual practice of a Time Tithe. Putting yourself last on the list leads to burn out. It makes you unproductive and ineffective and it kills your happiness level. It will literally stop your abundance flow dead in it’s tracks. After all, if your life is too full for more clients or a boyfriend or a better relationship with your husband … the Universe has no place to put these things in your life. When you have a great self-care practice you set boundaries for the Universe and you’re just a better everything—a better person, a better mother, a better employee, a better employer, a better entrepreneur and a better lover.
put what really matters in your life first
Put your True Values on your calendar first. When we spend time doing distraction tasks instead of living our Soul’s Purpose we experience a sense of betrayal of our own selves.
make one choice and turn it into a habit
Making choices hangs people up. Brains are tired and have to much information to be choosing what kind of daily exercise you want to do. You make one choice. Then do it.
grouping like activities with like activities multiplies results
When you group like activities with like activities you cut travel time, you don’t have to turn your brain from one activity to the next and you maximize what time you do have and get more done.
chronic lateness means chronic stress, plus it’s incredibly rude
Rule: leave a minimum of 30 minutes between appointments to travel and regroup.
don’t fight your natural energy levels, go with your flow
You have natural energy levels that cycle monthly, daily and annually. Use your natural energy to maximize your effectiveness and productivity and stop fighting your inherent nature.
don’t let email and Facebook eat your life
Don’t abandon your technology, put some boundaries around it so it’s not sucking up your day and pulling you away from your True Value activities.
hiring and delegating multiplies your time exponentially
You will never reach real success or joy if you’re doing everything for everyone. You were put here to manifest your Soul’s Purpose and everyone needs a support network for that. Delegating and hiring others to do your accounting or housekeeping or picking up kids from school is the difference between busyness and effectiveness and joy.
don’t let your phone be the boss of you
Is your phone the boss of you? It shouldn’t be. Your phone has a lot of “other people’s agendas” that can keep you distracted from your Soul’s Purpose. Take control of this thing and stop allowing push notifications and make use of the priceless alarm system in a way that ensures you’re keeping track of and managing your life.
busyness kills creativity, put nothing on your calendar to get more done
Busyness is the death of creativity. If you want to be creative in your field, or be able to tune in to your Soul’s Voice you need to build some White Space into your schedule. Every year I put White Space on my Dream Board. It’s critical that I nourish and guard my creativity so that I can do what I do and follow the Creative Geniuses that guide my work.
if you’re not the master of your time, you’re the master of nothing
Your whole life is made up of time. It’s the most valuable thing that you have. If you follow these rules and guidelines essentially you’re taking responsibility for your time and thus owning your own life. It’s your right and privilege to do so. Living in integrity with your Soul requires a relationship with time that does make it pleasurable and manageable. And so you’re going to have to make choices. And some people who have a different agenda for your time will not like it. Do it anyway. Because your time is YOUR time. This is YOUR life. Only yours. And you’re in charge of it.
